These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website campmaxxnj.com ("the Site") operated by Camp Maxx ("Camp Maxx," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Camp Maxx
Camp Maxx is a boys day camp located at the JCC of Deal, 100 Grant Avenue #1, Deal, NJ 07723. The Site provides information about our programs, staff opportunities, and contact methods for prospective and current camp families.
2. Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its server, or related infrastructure
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to flood our contact forms, harvest content, or disrupt the operation of the Site
- Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization when submitting a form
3. Forms and communications
When you submit a contact form, staff inquiry, or any other form on the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We will use that information to respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not obligated to respond to every submission, and submission of a form does not create any contractual relationship between you and Camp Maxx.

Links on the Site to camp registration, medical forms, and similar resources may direct you to third-party platforms (for example, our registration provider). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Enrollment in Camp Maxx is subject to the camp's own enrollment agreement, fees, and policies, which are provided separately to enrolling families.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, photographs, logos, the "Camp Maxx," "MAXX," and "#MAXXMERCH" marks, and all other content, is owned by or licensed to Camp Maxx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp, Google Forms, our registration provider, and Vimeo. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camp Maxx and its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Maxx and its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
